Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Carl spent half a decade in the financial service industry as a Financial Advisor focused on achieving his clients’ investment objectives. After realizing his true passion for real estate investment and development, he pursued and obtained his trading services license through Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia - and never looked back.
Carl has extensive experience in appraising, marketing, and negotiating sites throughout Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. Tech savvy and forward-thinking, Carl is also skilled at working with large data sets and building real estate financial models.
Carl loves to travel. Back in 2010, he embarked on a one year round-the-world trip with his then-wife. One highlight from that adventure was a 7,000-kilometer hitchhiking journey across Turkey, Iraq and Iran.
