Born and raised in Vancouver, Patricia began her commercial real estate career in 2003 with a national commercial real estate firm, where she gained extensive experience in market research, transaction coordination, and brokerage support while working alongside some of Metro Vancouver’s most accomplished commercial real estate professionals.
After becoming licensed in 2014, Patricia focused her practice on investment sales and retail leasing while building experience across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional, private, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as local, national, and international businesses.
In 2023, Patricia earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, reflecting her advanced expertise in commercial investment analysis and real estate brokerage.
