He joined the firm from Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised clients on land and investment sales as well as industrial and office leasing transactions.
Before entering commercial real estate, Will built a career with a prominent geotechnical and environmental site investigations contractor operating across North America. Over more than a decade with the company, he gained hands-on experience in operations, management, and business development, including opening and leading the firm’s Toronto office, where he spent six years. That background gives Will a practical understanding of what lies beneath a site, from ground conditions to the due diligence that shapes development feasibility, and he brings that perspective to every land and leasing assignment.
