With more than 23 years in the commercial real estate industry, Barb focuses primarily on retail building and strata sales, along with retail leasing. She began her broker career in 2002 with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), and joined Macdonald Commercial nine years later. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she was honing her sales skills as a Major Account Manager at Xerox Canada.
By fostering long-term relationships, leveraging her extensive local market knowledge, and providing in-depth financial analytics, Barb helps her clients make informed real estate decisions and prides herself on being a strong negotiator on their behalf. Her integrity and genuine commitment to client satisfaction distinguish her as a trusted professional in the industry.
Barb has been active in real estate governance and makes an effort to give back to an industry she feels privileged to be a part of. Some of her governance activity includes acting as Director of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (2015-2019), and Chair of the REBGV Commercial Division (2014-2018).
