Derek has a proven track record in BC’s commercial real estate marketplace and extensive knowledge across various asset classes including: industrial, retail, office, multi-family, hospitality, health care, storage, land and micro cap M&A advisory with enterprises that have an EBITDA over $1M CAD.
Derek has previous related career experience in finance and sales working for Wells Fargo, GE Capital and Ledcor for a number of years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria.
Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial, Derek successfully participated in commercial sale transactions totaling over $830 M in volume across various Metro Vancouver submarkets and in urban centers throughout British Columbia.
Derek has a strong commitment to accelerating the growth and ultimate success of his clients’ business ventures and he has a solid track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders to complete their objectives.
