Stephen Tran

Stephen Tran is a dedicated Commercial Broker with Luk Real Estate Group, specializing in retail and industrial properties across the Greater Vancouver area.  Born and raised in Vancouver, Stephen’s entry into the commercial real estate industry was a natural progression after years of supporting the management of a privately owned commercial portfolio. Through these early experiences, he developed a strong foundation in tenant relations, lease negotiations and portfolio management — skills that now define his professional edge.

Leveraging his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a minor in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Stephen brings a data-driven and analytical approach to every transaction. His background in e-commerce, property management and financial analysis allows him to deliver comprehensive, strategic insights that empower clients to make confident and informed investment decisions.

Known for his precision, integrity and client-first mindset, Stephen blends deep market expertise with a genuine, relationship-driven approach.
