For the last several years, Nick has focused predominantly on Vancouver Island, specializing in hospitality-related investment properties, including resorts, hotels, motels, and campgrounds, while also handling a wide array of commercial investment real estate transactions.

Nick began his real estate career in 2006 after earning a degree from Simon Fraser University. Starting as a commercial real estate appraiser and advisor, he worked with leading consultancy firms in Metro Vancouver, honing his analytical skills and market knowledge. This foundation allowed him to develop a deep understanding of BC’s commercial property landscape and build lasting relationships with industrial and multi-family residential investors and developers.

Since joining Macdonald Commercial in 2010, Nick has specialized in the marketing and sale of investment and development properties across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and greater British Columbia.
